The keepsake box can be personalised with a photo and 4 lines of text as below

Message Line 1 - 20 characters
Message Line 2 - 30 characters
Message Line 3 - 30 characters
Message Line 4 - 30 characters

Please note that line 1 will appear in fixed upper case. All other text is case sensitive and will appear as entered. Please avoid entering your text in block capitals on lines 1 and 2 as this may result in the personalisation being difficult to read.

The text "Beautiful memories silently kept of one I loved and will never forget" is fixed and cannot be amended.

Please also note that these keepsake boxes are hand painted and are made from natural wood, which may mean that there are some slight blemishes on the surface of the box or grooves in the wood.

This box also features a sturdy metal clasp and metal hinges, ensuring that your precious keepsakes are kept safe and secure.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.

Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
