If you'd prefer your wax melts without colour and/or glitter, we are more than happy to accommodate your request. Colours may vary from the product photos as each batch is individually hand-poured. If there is a scent you require that we do not currently stock, feel free to message us and we will do our best to source it for you.
We package and ship all of our products in protective packaging for maximum protection, ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition every time.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.
If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.
When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.
Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
