We offer fast free delivery with DX Delivery for customers within the United Kingdom.
Please see the ETA on each individual product for an estimated arrival of the item you're ordering.
If you're ordering a mixture of items this ETA will not be relevant and your order maybe take longer to arrive. If you do need an ETA please contact us.
You can always send us a message via live chat to get a delivery estimate before ordering. If you require an item in a certain time-frame we would suggest contacting us before ordering.

Please contact us for a shipping quote if you're outside the United Kingdom.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.
If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.
When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.
Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
