Returns & Exchanges:

• ❌ Personalized items: non-returnable (unless faulty or damaged).

• ✅ Non-personalized items: returns accepted within 14 days (buyer covers return postage).

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.
