The Christmas trees are available in different sizes which include 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7ft trees, they also come in different styles which include snow tipped and standard. The trees come with a strong and sturdy metal base, some basic home assembly is required. Please note that these trees are recommended for indoor use only and not suitable for outdoor displays.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.

Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
