Personalised Classic Wooden Pen & Pencil Box Set

The wooden box can be personalised with 1 line of text up to 20 characters (appearing larger) and with an additional 2 lines of text (below) of up to 50 characters per line.

The pen and pencil can be personalised with a name up to 12 characters long. The name entered will appear on both the pen and pencil.

Message Line 1 (on the box) and Message Line 4 (on the pen and pencil) will appear in fixed upper case. Message Line 2 and Message Line 3 (on the box) is case sensitive and will appear as entered.

The case is made from beechwood. The pen writes in blue ink. The pencil comes with 3 HB refills (0.5mm) located within the pencil. Both the pen and pencil feature a chrome clip.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.

Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
