Childs name 12 characters - This will automatically appear in UPPERCASE on the front cover. (The apostrophe is added automatically)
Home town 20 characters
Senders name 12 characters (this is a single name only i.e. Mummy or Hannah as it appears in the story - please do not use surnames or for example 'The Riley's')
A message can also be added to the inside of the book over 4 lines of 20 characters per line.

Please note, if no sender name is entered, the word 'Mum' will appear as standard.
If no Hometown is entered, the text will read 'Name looked down through the clouds and could see her home in the distance' on page 25.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.

Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
