Personalised Eid and Ramadan Scented Jar Candle

This personalised jar candle is a lovely gift to celebrate Ramadan or Eid You can personalise this candle with 6 lines of personalisation. Lines 1 & 2 have up to 15 characters available. Lines 3 to 6 have up to 25 characters available per line. The personalisation will appear in fixed uppercase on lines 1 & 2 and as entered on the rest of the personalisation. Please note, due to the font used, lower case letters are in a smaller upper case style. Please do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this. Approximately 30 hours burn time. Made from paraffin wax. The candle may have a wax protector that will need to be remove before igniting the candle. Perfect for Eid

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.

Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
