The book can be personalised with a child's name throughout of up to 12 characters long and a town or city up to 25 characters - both of which will feature in the story. The chosen name will also feature in the illustrations throughout. PLEASE NOTE The 's is added automatically and does not need to be entered in the personalisation field.

The first page of the book can also be personalised with a message over 3 lines, with up to 25 characters per line.

Please avoid entering your personalisation in block capitals as this may result in some of the text being difficult to read.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.

Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
