Our Personalised Me to You Christmas Mug is the perfect way to show your Grandad, Dad, Son or just that very special person that you love, you are thinking of them during the most magical of seasons.

The design features the popular Me To You Bear, sat under a festive and colourful Christmas wreath.

Personalise the front of this mug with a short message in the tag, over 2 lines of 12 characters per line. Then add a name or role using up to 12 characters.
The reverse of the mug can be personalised with 4 lines of text, with up to 20 characters per line.

Personalisation in the tag will appear in fixed upper case. All other text will appear as entered. Please avoid entering special characters.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.

Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
