Personalised Pawsome Cat Mum Mug

This cute personalised cat mum mug is a lovely gift from the cat to their mum, after all pets are children too!

The front of the mug can be personalised with a name or role up to 12 characters long.

The back of the mug can be personalised with the cats name with up to 12 characters available and a message over 2 lines, with up to 20 characters per line.

Personalisation will appear in fixed uppercase on the back and as entered on the front. Please avoid using fixed uppercase on the front of the mug as this may make the personalisation hard to read.

'Pawsome Cat Mum... You are... Favourite Human' is fixed text and cannot be changed.

Hand washing is recommended.

Material is ceramic.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.

Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
