Personalise the front of this mug with a name up to 15 characters long and a message over 2 lines with up to 20 characters available per line. A message can also be added on the reverse over 4 lines, with up to 25 characters per line.

The personalisation on the first line is case sensitive and will appear as entered. Please avoid entering the personalisation on the front in block capitals, as this may make the name difficult to read. The personalisation of the rest of the item is in fixed upper case..

The personalisation on the reverse of the mug will appear in fixed upper case.

Hand washing is recommended.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.
