You can personalise the front of the mug with a year up to 4 characters long and a message line with up to 15 characters.
You can also add a message to the back of the mug with up to 5 lines of 25 characters per line.
The personalisation will appear in fixed uppercase.
"Dad of the year" is fixed text and cannot be change.
Hand washing is recommended.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.
If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.
When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.
