Personalisation will appear in fixed uppercase.

Mr / Mrs is fixed text and cannot be changed.

The luggage tags fastens with a secure buckle and is ideal for attaching to the handle of a suitcase, rucksack or handbag. The tags also features a discreet identification window.

The material of these luggage tags is leather.

Please note, as this is a natural product, there may be some very slight variance in the colour of the leather.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.
