Please note: This product is supplied in its natural state, finished with a fine sanding process. The wood has not been pre-treated and we would therefore recommend the use of teak oil/wood protection to add further protection and longevity to the product. Without additional protection, the wood will deteriorate over time.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.
