Your Own Image On A Jigsaw Puzzle
Our custom jigsaw puzzles are hand printed to order using our advanced dye-sublimation print technology.
With full edge-to-edge printing, your design is produced perfectly in crisp, vibrant colour. All of our puzzles are finished with a high-gloss varnish and supplied in a premium metal tin with your design recreated on the lid.
Our jigsaws are available in a range of five sizes, from 30 pieces up to 1000 pieces.
Please note: sizes in brackets above refer to completed puzzle sizes. Print dimensions for puzzle tin lids are as follows: 30pc/110pc/252pc tins (130x85mm), 500pc/1000pc tins (202x167mm).

Delivery & Dispatch
We offer fast cheap delivery with DX Delivery for customers within the United Kingdom.
Small items are £4.99 and larger items £5.99, if you have a multi-order you'll only pay one shipping charge which will be based off the largest item.
Please see the ETA on each individual product for an estimated arrival of the item you're ordering.
If you're ordering a mixture of items this ETA will not be relevant and your order maybe take longer to arrive. If you do need an ETA please contact us.
You can always send us a message via live chat to get a delivery estimate before ordering. If you require an item in a certain time-frame we would suggest contacting us before ordering.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.
If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.
When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.
Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
